Step 2-Take and pass your national and state test. This is scheduled outside of school once you’ve received your certification from us. You have unlimited tries at the exam, but full payment is required for each re-take. For more information about the Indiana state exam, click here.
Step 3-Apply for your license with the state. Pay a one-time application fee and submit your application to the Indiana Professional Licensing
Agency. For more information about applying for your Indiana real estate license, click here.
