Indiana's leading real estate school, owned by the Indiana Association of REALTORS®, is in business to help your business. Educating new brokers and keeping existing REALTORS® current is what we do. RECP is opening the doors of the classroom for REALTORS®.

Broker Transition Course

Need to bring your license out of referral by taking a 24-hour broker transition course? RECP's broker transition course is available online.

New State Exam Provider

Beginning August 1, 2019, PSI will be administering the Indiana state broker exam. Download the Indiana Real Estate Candidate Handbook.

Financial Help

Need assistance starting your career in real estate? RECP's live course is approved for VA benefits. We also offer a military discount. RECP is not able to accept federal sources of financial aid. 

Start Your Real Estate Career

Your class. Your Way. Choose from one of four class formats to complete your 90-hour required prelicense course. Ten-week live classes three nights per week; ten-week blended class two nights per week and online; three week daytime accelerated live classes; or an online course you complete from home.
Requirements for

Becoming A Broker

Thinking about starting a career in real estate? You've come to the right place!  Take the first step by enrolling in RECP's prelicense broker course--available in onsite or online formats.
Step 1
Take and pass a broker pre-licensing course. Ninety hours of class time is required by the IN Real Estate Commission--make them count by choosing RECP. Choose between our onsite or online course.
Step 2
Take and pass your state/national exam. This is scheduled through PSI once you’ve passed your RECP prelicense course.
Step 3
Apply for your license with the state. Pay a one-time application fee and submit your application to the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
