ABOUT
Congrats on making the right choice for your real estate education. You’ve chosen Indiana’s leading real estate school. In business since 1969, The Real Estate Certification Program (RECP) is the best, oldest and largest real estate educator in the state.
Local
With roots at Indiana University, RECP is now owned by the Indiana Association of REALTORS® (IAR). A better merger could not have been made as RECP is uniquely positioned to react to changes in the industry, regulations and trends in the real estate industry. RECP also serves IAR members by adding education to the existing portfolio of member services which includes legal, advocacy, forms and more.
With classes at your REALTOR® Association office and a main office in downtown Indianapolis, RECP is your local real estate school.
Innovative
It’s good to be first. And RECP was the first Indiana real estate school to offer an online course. Since then we have updated our online course to be compatible with all devices and formats.
We are also the first to offer a unique live/online course hybrid. This is the best of both worlds combining live classroom instruction with the convenience of online.
Customer Friendly
Hoosier hospitality is alive and well when you contact RECP. Your call will be answered by a live RECP staffer located in downtown Indianapolis. Need in-person support? Visit our modern offices in the REALTOR® building in downtown Indianapolis. We are here for you after hours, seven days a week via email support as well.
Trusted
Throughout Indiana, RECP’s trusted name and reputation is synonymous with quality education. In business since 1969, just ask a friend or colleague in local real estate about RECP. RECP has brand loyalty. Almost all of our students come from referrals and repeat customers.
Successful
With our up-to-date curriculum and engaging instructors, RECP is raising the bar of professionalism in the industry. We don’t just make sure you meet the requirements, we produce world class real estate pros with competitive skills. And having the highest state exam pass rates of any other Indiana school doesn’t hurt either.
