GRI

Take your career to the next level with the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. The GRI designation is the most recognized and respected professional designation available to real estate professionals nationwide. REALTORS® who have earned the GRI designation receive in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.

Why Earn a GRI Designation

NAR statistics show that REALTORS® with a GRI designation earn more than $22,000 annually than those without a designation and report an increase in referrals in the first year after obtaining their designation. Along with an increased level of skill and professionalism, GRI designees build strong connections with their classmates that turn into rewarding business and personal connections.

How to Earn a GRI Designation

Indiana’s GRI program requires 72 credit hours taken from six core competency areas. Credits must be taken with five years of completing the first course.
