This August 12 & 13 GRI Boot Camp will jump start your path to earning the Graduate REALTOR, Institute (GRI) Designation. Open to all REALTORS® (courses count for Indiana continuing education) and ideal for new and existing GRI Designees. RECP is now offering its live classes in a live online virtual ZOOM format. Complete your entire 90-hour prelicense course live through ZOOM or choose the OnDemand/online course.
Requirements for

Becoming A Broker

Thinking about starting a career in real estate? You've come to the right place!  Take the first step by enrolling in RECP's prelicense broker course--available in onsite or online formats.
Step 1
Take and pass a broker pre-licensing course. Ninety hours of class time is required by the IN Real Estate Commission--make them count by choosing RECP. Choose between our live virtual or online course.
Step 2
Take and pass your state/national exam. This is scheduled through PSI once you’ve passed your RECP prelicense course.
Step 3
Apply for your license with the state. Pay a one-time application fee and submit your application to the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
